And here we have reached the final round for our IDO with Timpi. Firstly, we would like to say it’s been a pleasure working with the Timpi team and we wish them all the success that will surely come their way.
Now let’s get into detail for the Fair Distribution Round:
🔹Our goal with the Fair Distribution Round is to allow for everyone who didn’t get allocations on previous to get a shot at buying Timpi, while guaranteeing that KDL holders and stakers are still rewarded for supporting the project. While it is based on a FCFS mechanism, we’ve added a timed way of distributing the allocations to keep it fair and to prevent the negative aspects that usually surround a FCFS sale.
🔹In the FD Round we will award allocations (225 KDA) in batches to all pending users, based on the order which is described below. Every 15 minutes a new batch of users will receive an allocation.
These allocations won’t be guaranteed so If you’ve received an allocation make sure to use it as soon as possible. When the total amount of remaining Timpi tokens are sold the IDO ends and any remaining allocation will be void.
🔹On the buy form users will be able to see when the next allocation assignment batch is happening, and whether they’ve received an allocation or not. The buy form will also clearly show the amount of Timpi tokens remaining to be sold.
🔸The order of allocation distribution will be:
1. Users with locked KDL that had lottery tickets but didn’t win an allocation
2. Users with locked KDL but didn’t have enough for a lottery ticket
3. Users that registered without locked KDL
4. Users that maxed out 1 allocation in the previous rounds will get one extra allocation
5. Users that maxed out 2 allocations will get one extra allocation
6. Users that maxed out 3 allocations will get one extra allocation
7. Users that maxed out 4 allocations will get one extra allocation
8. Every new user that registers will immediately get a single allocation
🔹So every hour we will allow users in based on the priorities stated above. Users need to check back regularly to see if they have received an allocation and if the buy form has opened up for them.
Once a new batch is added, previous batch of allocated users can still buy until Timpi sells out or their allocation is maxed out.
Looking at the amount of users that are still waiting we expect that after steps 1 to 3 all remaining Timpi will have been sold out.
